A Little Bit About Me
I'm not perfect, but with practice I continue to make progress.
Hello Beautiful, I’m Tanya (Tan-yeah!), and I’ve always had an eye for beauty, a heart for women, and a perspective that sees the world a little differently.

For over 20 years, I worked as a makeup artist in the beauty industry, enhancing women's natural beauty and helping women feel confident. But my passion for beauty runs deeper than appearances—it’s about uncovering the true essence of who we are. This belief has guided me as I’ve walked alongside women from all walks of life, supporting them through the process of overcoming challenges like trauma, grief, addiction, abuse, eating disorders, divorce, pregnancy loss, overwhelm, burnout, mental health challenges and so much more.

I can hold space for another woman’s pain, healing and transformation because I’ve walked my own journey of unbecoming. Over the years, I’ve taken off the masks I once wore, shed the weight of life’s painful experiences, broken free from limiting beliefs and labels, traded unhealthy coping mechanisms for heathy ones and healed from traumas that once defined me. Through it all, I’ve come home to myself—the real me, free and authentic.

This is the work I’m passionate about. I believe we don’t have to remain bound by pain or brokenness. We can heal, find freedom, and rediscover the beauty of who we were created to be.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, I’ve called Sacramento, California home since 2001. These days, you’ll find me pouring my heart into the women I serve through my free resources (like podcast and newsletter), one on one prophetic counseling, growth groups, women's circles, workshops and speaking engagements. I enjoying simple pleasures like sipping on a cup of coffee, reading a good book, getting lost in movies or shows, cuddling with my two fur babies, or creating something delicious in the kitchen or on a canvas. I love to paddle board and move my body in fun, playful, strengthening and expanding ways. I’m an auntie to three amazing little humans and a firm believer that life is best when shared with those we love. Whether I’m strolling through a farmers market, treasure-hunting at thrift shop, or sharing meaningful moments (and often meals) with loved ones, I’m constantly reminded of the beauty of a wholehearted life.

I live a slow paced and simple life, with a deep value for relationship and community. I dream of a world where women, fully alive, wholehearted, spirit lead and living in embodied freedom, bring healing and hope to those around them.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Together, we can embark on a journey of healing, freedom, and transformation—the kind that leads to a life you love.

Because beautiful is not a look, it's a lifestyle.
