Feeling The Need To Control?

I was introduced to the world of recovery when someone I loved was in the throws of addiction and my codependency {though I had no grid or language for any of this at that time} was in full flare. I needed help and was encouraged to go to Al Anon meetings which are basically recovery meetings for codependents in relationship with addicts. Want to know more on codependency?
